Thinking several moves ahead
I took up chess in 2020, when the pandemic and the wait for university admission left me with time to immerse myself in something new. I enjoy the concentration it demands and the richness created by its simple rules.
I now play for Freibauer Wedemark, a club close by my home village.
Below the surface
I began scuba diving in La Azohía, Spain, spending a week there in both 2021 and 2022.
Below the surface, everyday life feels distant. Floating through a landscape that can be explored in all three dimensions brings a particular sense of freedom and discovery.
Science education at
SFZ Hamburg
I volunteer at SFZ Hamburg. I am passionate about education and hope to inspire curiosity in young people. Most recently, I led a workshop for MINT-interested girls in which they learned to program an RGB LED matrix and display their own pixel art.
